If unfortunately you’re unhappy with your purchase you have up to 14 days from the date of arrival to return or exchange it.

After the 14 day period the sale becomes final.

Merchandise returned for return/exchange must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition, and must have the original tags. Merchandise that is not received in the above mentioned condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must first send a request via e-mail to:

Once the return or exchange has been confirmed, you must print and complete our Return/Exchange Form, found below:

If an exchange is made for item(s) that are more than the original purchase order, the difference will be charged to the customer’s credit card once the order ships.

Exchanges will not be charged shipping & handling fees the second time around.

Once we have processed the return/exchange we will let you know via e-mail about any credits/charges to your credit card, shipments/tracking numbers, etc. Returns/exchanges will not be refunded shipping charges.
